Özet

In this study, a polyaniline (ppy) electrode was prepared, the best potential and sensitivity to hydrogen peroxide of this electrode were determined, electrochemically. For this purpose, polyaniline was deposited on the surface of 0.5 cm2 platinum (Pt) plate by electropolymerization of aniline at scanning speed of 50 mV/s between 0.0 and +0.7 V using cycling voltammetry (CV) technique. Platinum/polyaniline electrode was prepared by adding 0.1 M H2SO4 to the coating medium. The sensitivity of this electrode to hydrogen peroxide was examined using 0.025 M phosphate buffer (pH=7.0) and optimum conditions were investigated. Working potential was determined as 0.7 V and pyrrole concentration was also 0.2 M ppy.
