Özet

The SAPO-34 support material we preferred for the reactions was produced by hydrothermal synthesis

method, and nickel was added to the SAPO-34 support materials at the rate of 15% by impregnation and

surfactant impregnation method. In this study, the effects of Water, ethanol, 1 propanol and acetone

solvents on the characteristics of SAPO-34 supported Nickel catalysts were investigated. Characterization

studies FTIR, XRD, N 2 physisorption tests were performed. When the XRD analyzes of the 15% Ni-

added SAPO-34 zeolite prepared by surfactant-supported impregnation method and impregnation method

were examined, it reached the most severe peak values at 18.42 o , 20.44 o and 21.02 o , except that it

reached 9,44 o , 15,9 o , 22,72 o , 24,58 o , At 2-theta values such as 27,66 o , peaks with distinct intensities

were observed. The average crystal size of the catalysts was calculated using the XRD analysis data, the

effects of the preparation method, type of support and solvent type on the average crystal size were

interpreted. Using the N 2 physiosrption analysis data, bet multi-point surface areas, micro + mesopore

pore and total pore sizes at P / p0 = 0.96 and 0.99 values were calculated, the average pore diameters

were determined, isotherm graphs were drawn and the fourth isotherm type of the BDDT isotherm type

was determined. has been determined. As the boiling point of the generally used solvent increased, a

significant increase was observed in the surface area of the catalysts.
