Abstract

Radiotherapy is one of the treatment methods in the multi-disiplinary approach for oncologic diseases of paediatric populations. Although radiotherapy is a painless process, anesthesia is required in the non-cooperative patients such as children, in order to provide motionlessness. But anaesthetic management needs special preparation and attention, since environmental condition of radiotheraphy unit, patient position and disease's progress may cause clinical problems.
