Özet

In this study, e-learning studies in Turkey have been observed of analyzed in details. In addition, European Union plan of e-learning and some of e-learning universities studies have been investigated. To improve usage of e-learning environment for Turkey, overcome some problems. In this study, these problems have been investigated and solutions have been proposed in details. E-learning studies at universities in the world have been compared in details. © 2011 IADIS.
