Özet

The competence-based human resource management has the potential to facilitate organizational change, enhance competitive advantage as well as increase financial performance and productivity. The identification, modelling and assessment of competencies represent the foundation of the competency-based human resources management. The paper proposes an ontology-based model of the project management competencies. The model is consistent with the IPMA Competence Baseline (ICB), the competence standard of the International Project Management Association.
