Three-dimensional images of HE findings. Control (a) and fructose, BPA, fructose BPA groups (b) were shown. Compared to the control group, there exists a severe deterioration in hepatocyte and hepatocytes cords extending from vena centralis (v.c.), inflammatory cell (i.c.) accumulation around the vena centralis. Hepatocytes (h) have lost their polygonal shapes, and cytoplasm integrity around the vena centralis has distrupted. Congestion increases in Kupffer (K.C.) cell density, and distribution of reticular fibers are shown
