Primary school education is considered to be the most significant means of raising republican people in Turkey. Along with the proclamation of the republic in 1923, innovations were made as in other areas as well. In this study, innovations made in educational curriculums are exhibited by comparing the differences among the curriculums. Document review model was used to do the research and historical method was utilized. Data were collected and analyzed by literature review. As the result of the research; it was observed that each practiced curriculum has much impact on the new curriculum and each new curriculum is prepared to compensate the deficiencies of former curriculums. For this purpose, suggestions were made to eliminate defective points of the curriculum in primary schools instead of studying to develop a new curriculum.
