This article includes the environment of secondary oral culture in the internet, which is composed of the invitation-, celebration- and congratulating conversations on the special- and official days, all is formed in the environment of primary oral culture. The study tries to examine the functions of invitation-, greeting- and the congratulating-cards in the human-relations which are prepared in the internet sites - those are only built with this aim -, the characteristics of e-cards and the reasons of their preference. It also tries to interrogate the position of "e-cards" living in internet into the environment of secondary oral culture, and to seek their effects on the communication system. Celebration of special days, festivals and invitations are considered as a matter of strengthening the relationship between family structures and individuals which compose the society. Within the Anatolia almost every regions have traditional communication for these particular days. Regarding the permanency of tradition within community and composing memory of society, these repetitive communication moments cause to transfer the traditions to next generation.
