Özet

The aim of this paper is to choose the most effective strategies for a company to reach its strategic goals by applying the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach, and to determine the projects that will realize these strategies. With the model supported by the manpower, financial information of the projects, the risk management process for the strategic plan was operated by analyzing the current situation and the contributions that the company will make in achieving its goals in the next five years. First of all, the strategies under the goals that the company wants to achieve are prioritized with the AHP method. Afterwards, the projects that will ensure the realization of the strategies are associated with the strategies and the model is revealed. As a result of the study, a strategy intelligence model for strategic planning and risk management is created to determine the most important strategies that will help the company to deepen in technology, increase market share and develop capabilities, activities and assets competitively. This model helps to create a network of relationships at the micro and macro level of the strategies in planning to achieve the strategic planning situational awareness.
