Özet

The tendency to offer hypothetical design problems in architectural design studios is contradictory with its excuse. The assertion that neglecting some contextual inputs would increase creativity remains null as it detaches students from the realistic situations that provide a high chance of possessing a sincere motive for achieving an effective solution. Detachment from the social variables of a given context has such an impact on students who, therefore, tend to focus on formal configurations and skill demonstration in the first place.
