Özet

A case of a female patient with urinoma due to rupture of the renal pelvis after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy is described. Although temporary perirenal fluid accumulations after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy have been reported previously, possibly this is the first case presenting with an abdominal mass due to retroperitoneal urine collection. © 1992 Akadémiai Kiadó.
