24th International Symposium for Production Research, ISPR 2024, Budva, Karadağ, 10 - 12 Ekim 2024, ss.109-117, (Tam Metin Bildiri)
The Fourth Industrial Revolution, also known as Industry 4.0, has affected the logistics industry as well as many sectors today. In this research, first, the concept of Logistics 4.0, which emerged with the effect of Industry 4.0 on the logistics sector is examined and its impact on productivity is investigated. Then, the key features (pattern recognition, new business, logistics values, generalization, self-organization, and agility) that are required in the effective implementation of Logistics 4.0 are defined; and are evaluated using a multi criteria decision making process. Thus, it becomes possible to make a comparison among these features, and to guide the decision makers on which areas they should focus on primarily throughout the implementation of Logistics 4.0.
