Özet

Case: – A 42-year-old man with primary chondrosarcoma of the acromion underwent wide excision followed by anatomic reconstruction using a tricortical iliac crest autograft. At 42 months of follow-up, imaging demonstrated stable graft incorporation without evidence of local recurrence. Functional shoulder motion was restored. Conclusion: – This case highlights a reconstructive option after wide acromial resection for chondrosarcoma and adds to the limited literature on management of this uncommon tumor location.
