Özet

This article discusses governance as a concept and especially as a fact, by examining some evaluations made on the issue. Aim of the article is to expose various dimensions of the governance as it is studied theoretically in Turkey and, to draw attention for why it will probably become problematic mainly within the context of local culture and ethnic identities. The last two issues are seen as the important actors playing role for the corrosion in nation-state and, pointed out as a serious socio-political problem in Turkey during the globalisation and governance-oriented practices.
