In this study, the results of a phytosociological research carried out in the halophytic communities of the Sultansazligi marsh are given (Inner Anatolia-Kayseri). The halophytic vegetation, which is under the influence of a semi-arid, very cold Mediterranean climate, was analyzed according to the Braun-Blanquet's approach. The communities which are defined for the first time are named according to the rules of "International Code of Phytosociological Nomenclature". Association: Tamaricetum parviflorae-tetrandrae ass. nov.
