This chapter examines the 15-minute city model from a multidimensional perspective within the context of sustainable urban mobility. The model is analyzed not only in terms of spatial proximity but also considering perceived accessibility, behavioral dynamics, and social inclusivity. Approaches such as Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans (SUMP), micromobility solutions, and digital inclusion practices are evaluated as key tools supporting the implementation of this model. Examples from Europe and local initiatives in Türkiye illustrate how 15-minute cities are interpreted at different scales, while emphasizing the indispensability of incorporating the needs of vulnerable groups into planning processes to achieve social justice and equity. Consequently, the 15-minute city model is positioned not only at the center of transportation but also at the core of sustainability, resilience, and quality of life.
