Özet

Obective: A close relationship between diabetic complications and lipid peroxidation is known. It was shown that in diabetic rat pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics of propofol was changed. We aim to investigate effects of application propofol and vitamin C on liver and kidney tissue in diabetic rats.
