In this study, the effects of the ribs on the deformation of the plastic part were investigated. In this context; four different rib parameters have been selected, namely the rib thickness, the rib height, the rib angle and the radius at the bottom of the feds. 5 different heights, 5 different thicknesses, 5 different radiuses and 3 different rib angles were used for designing of plastic part and analyzing of the mechanical properties of the plastic part Resistance of the plastic part according to the identified parameters was determined by analyzing with Ansys software. According to this study, the increase in rib height reduces the deformation rate of plastic part by about 49%. In addition, was found that rib thickness reduce the amount of deformation rate by 44%.
