According to the SGK statistics of 2016, the metal industry is the sector where the greatest number of workplace accidents took place. To the same statistics, within the 99 basic NACE codes, the largest number of workplace accidents occurred under the code "Fabricated Metal Products". Engineered control systems will be seen as the most important and priority way to reduce machine risk when considering the risk reduction steps on the machines. This is clearly stated in TS EN ISO 12100: 2010, the machine security standard. In this study, based on the importance of this point, an answer to the question of what kind of incentive system model should be established in order to make safer machines. The degree of relationship of the safety status of hydraulic and mechanical presses in Merzifon and Sincan Organized Industrial Zones according to the machine age, number of employees and working capacity were investigated by using chisquare test with the help of SPSS software in accordance. According to the results of the analysis, it is determined which parameters will be used in the incentive system. Then, AHP method was used to determine the machine incentive rates for these parameters. The preference trends in the AHP method have been determined through a questionnaire for occupational safety professionals. Using the web-based incentive software, machine risk, and other parameters, it calculates the extent to which safety equipment will be promoted and how much money will be promoted within the upper limit.
