Özet

In this case report, orthodontic and prosthetic treatments of two cleft lip and palate cases are presented. In both cases, narrow upper arches were corrected with orthodontic expansion appliances and tooth alignment problems were corrected with fixed orthodontic treatment. Following the orthodontic treatment. the missing teeth were restored and the occlusion problems were solved with removable and fixed prosthetic appliances that also covered the oronasal fistula. In both cases, they yielded acceptable occlusal and aesthetic results.
