Fire, from past to date, has brought about a huge loss of life and property. It is possible to minimize the damages and loses caused by fires with precautions. In this article, fire safety precautions were analyzed with two different methods on the selected hospital project. In the first applied method in the analysis, control table which created by traditional methods is used. In the second one, Fire Regulations Control Automation (YYKO) model was developed to test compliance to the National Fire Regulations (BYKHY) both in the design phase, and the existing buildings. Fire Regulations Control Automation (YYKO) model was developed by using Visual Studio Net programming platform and Visual Basic Net programming language. Sample project National Fire Regulations (BYKHY) accordance has been investigated with this mentioned model. At the end of the study, it has been seen that the sample hospital project does not exactly fulfill the provision of National Fire Legislation (BYKHY)
