teachers working in Altındağ in Ankara. The data used in the study were obtained by used “Personal Information

out in two stages with the help of statistical software program. Descriptive statistics of the data obtained in the first
stage were examined and it was determined whether the data showed normal distribution within the framework of
various pre-determined variables. In the second stage, the necessary statistical analyzes were made by using
parameters or nonparametric techniques that are compatible with the hypotheses according to whether the data
show normal distribution or not. The results obtained showed that, there is a negative and weak relationship
between points of “Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale” and “Maslach Burnout Inventory”, job satisfaction, gender,
