Existence of global attractor for the velocity–vorticity model of the g-Navier–Stokes equations

Abstract
In this paper, we prove the existence of global attractors for the two-dimensional velocity–vorticity model of the g-Navier–Stokes equations. The proof is based on energy estimates in Sobolev spaces, which help us understand the long-term behavior of the system.
