Bu çalışmada, Ar-Ge merkezi bulunan büyük bir mobilya işletmesinde programa alınan ürünlerin tasarımı, prototip üretimi, seri üretimi, montajı, siparişi ve teslim edilmesi aşamalarına ilişkin tüm sürecin analizlerinin yapılması ve süreci olumsuz yönde etkileyebilecek hususların belirlenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Buna göre, tüm sürecin hatasız ve verimli olacak şekilde işleyebilmesi için gerekli düzenlenmeler yapılacak ve çözüm önerileri sunulacaktır. Bu maksatla, Sincan Organize Sanayi Bölgesinde bulunan Ersa Mobilya araştırma ortamı olarak seçilmiş olup, işletmenin fabrika yerleşkesinde faaliyet gösteren Ar-Ge merkezinde iş süreç analizi çalışmaları yapılmıştır. Sonuçta, işletmenin Ar-Ge süreci izdüşümü çıkarılmış ve mevcut durum analizleri yapılmıştır. Buna göre, analizler sonucu oluşturulan iş akış diyagramı üzerinde çalışmış, tekrar eden ve süreci olumsuz yönde etkileyen hususlar belirlenmiştir. Son olarak ta, bu hususlara ilişkin gerekli düzenlemeler yapılmış, sürecin iyileştirilmesi için alternatif çözüm önerileri sunulmuştur.
In this study, it is aimed to analyze the whole process of the design, prototype production, mass production, assembly, order and delivery of the products included in the program in a large furniture company with an R&D center and to determine the issues that may adversely affect the process. Accordingly, necessary arrangements will be made and solutions will be presented in order for the entire process to run flawlessly and efficiently. For this purpose, Ersa Furniture, located in the Sincan Organized Industrial Zone, was chosen as the research environment, and business process analysis studies were carried out in the R&D center located in the factory campus of the enterprise. As a result, the projection of the R&D process of the enterprise was drawn and the current situation analyzes were made. Accordingly, the work flow diagram created as a result of the analyzes was studied, and the repetitive and negative effects of the process were determined. Finally, necessary arrangements have been made regarding these issues, and alternative solutions have been proposed to improve the process.
