Özet

Energy and material recovery from waste tires which cause a very serious environmental hazard has become important in terms of both disposal and economic value. Pyrolysis method allows pyrolytic oil, gas, carbon black and steel from waste tires in current situation. In these recycling facilities which have batch type working properties, the intermittent operation causes inefficiencies. A system that can work continuously in laboratory scale with plasma method is designed and tested. This study involves the synthesis gas composition and a pilot scale patented continuous type gasifier for pulverized waste tire.
