Özet

In this study, by using perlite aggregate, the changes of between compressive strength test, ultrasound velocity test and unit volume weight test of light-weight concrete were researched with different water/cement (w/c) ratios and different grain size curve mixtures. At totally, 16 type light-weight concrete were produced for four different cement quantities as 300, 400, 500, 600 kg/m(3) and four different grain size curve mixtures. Test of compressive strength, ultrasound pulse velocity and unit volume weight were confirmed on the concrete samples. For all experimental study, 100x100x100 mm cube samples were used. As a result, samples with 0.55 w/c rate was observed increasing mean 24 % than with 0.70 w/c rate on ultrasound velocity and mean 158 % on compressive strength. In addition, ultrasound velocity increased 9 % and compressive strength increased 58 % as thin mixture quantity in lightweight concrete increased.
