Özet

The EtOH extract of the rhizomes of Veratrum album has afforded two new alkaloids, (+)-jervinone [1] and (+)-verabenzoamine [2]. The structures 1 and 2 were determined by spectral analysis (H-1 and C-13 nmr, DEPT, 2D COSY, and NOESY).
