Özet

In this study we measured nitric oxide. superoxide and superoxide dismutase activity 2 hours after administration of a sublethal dose of radiation (612cGy). Following the administration of this sublethal radiation dose the amount of NO decreased and superoxide could not be found at detectable levels in the liver. However superoxide dismutase activity in the liver did not change after radiation.
