Özet

Supplier selection is one of the most important steps of Supply Chain Management that has a significant role to achieve both short and long term goals of a company. Supplier selection is a hard multi-criteria decision-making problem which has several factors to be considered. In this context, solving the problem correctly depends on the scientific methods in decision process. In this study, the supplier selection problem of a company is examined using the effective sequencing method named PROMETHEE. Priority sequences of alternative suppliers are calculated by this method. Consequently, both the partial and the full priorities are determined and the decision-making process is analyzed in detail.
