The power of capitalist demands from architects necessitates reconsidering the social role of architecture especially in the curricula of architectural design studios. Contrary to the conception that inflexible demands limit student creativity, this study aims to question whether these limitations are opportunities for students to discover the function of architectural solutions for a social purpose in individual, communal and urban scales.
