The most frequent cause of frontal sinus fractures are high-velocity impact due to motor vehicle accidents. They often happen by crashing windshield of the vehicle. Because the initial treatment focuses on the vital issues, these fractures often been neglected in the emergency services. The laceration on the frontal region had been sutured before the case presented here consulted by us in the emergency service. Depressed anterior wall fracture of frontal sinus and Le Fort Type I maxillary fracture was detected. In the operation, 3 pieces of glass was extracted from the frontal sinus. The purpose of this case report is to remind the possibility of foreign body implantation in the frontal sinus with penetrating injuries which may cause serious complications such as meningitis and abscess. Closed reduction techniques are not suitable for these penetrating injuries; bicoronal surgical intervention is the recommended choice.
