Aberrant right subclavian artery is the most common congenital anomaly of the aortic arc. This situation which is usually asymptomatic, has to be corrected surgically if it becomes symptomatic. Since the surgical approach and method differs from patient to patient, a well made management should have done in order to get positive results. We find suitable to share this case to remind this relatively common anomaly and to make our surgical method as a guide for our colleagues.
