Introduction: Previous studies showed that clozapine has an ability to improve outcomes in patients with treatment-resistant symptoms. Clozapine use is recommended to patients who do not respond well to pharmacological intervention because of its side effects (1, 2, 3). The main aim of this retrospective-study is to estimate changes in the prescription pattern of clozapine in the years of 2005 and 2006.
