Abstract

In this study, the effect of on the side slope concrete properties different curing methods was investigated. Turkish Standards (TS) 802 was applied to the concrete mix design, Concrete test specimens of 15 × 15× 15 cm were produced. These specimens were exposed in laboratory conditions, under a plastic cover for 3 days in field condition and the waterspray for 3 days in field condition, Concrete specimens were then subjected to compressive test for 28 days, freezing-thawing tests and permeability tests. The most ideal admixture ratio was found to be 2.00 % and under a plastic cover in field condition with respect to the hardened concrete properties.
