This paper explores theoretically how to describe the psychological trust in hospitals and doctors for first-visit patients with quantitative psychological estimation value. The subjective perception and formation mechanism of psychological trust in hospitals and doctors for first-visit patients are firstly influenced by the anchoring and frame effect of authoritative institutional trust and interpersonal trust, and at the same time are corrected by disease risk perceived. With the descriptive psychological research paradigm, this paper analyses that the psychological trust in hospitals and doctors for first-visit patients is the superimposed-proportional relationship, and is corrected by the disease risk to be fit with Beta distribution, and thus theoretically builds a quantitative estimation model of psychological trust. The calculation results of the estimation model of psychological trust for first-visit patients in the whole domain values show that the psychological estimation value of psychological trust can fit the actual psychological experience process of the general first-visit patients. The estimation model of psychological trust for first-visit patients can quantitatively estimate the psychological trust in the specific hospitals and doctors.
