Özet

In this study, air and nitrogen atomised aluminium powders, produced in the Gazi Gas Atomisation Unit, were examined for their morphological formation in SEM. Powders of primary break-up are ligaments in shape. Secondary break-up produced powders of dumbbells, sperms, ellipsoids and spheres in shape. Some examples of satellite on coarse powders, and collisions were also observed.
