Abstract

Trace metals in water were preconcentrated in optimum pH range,on activated carbon after complexing with ammonium pyrolidinedithiocarbamate. The recoveries of the trace metals at concentration 0.1 mu g/mL, were found to be 85%-98%. Natural waters were analyzed with the same methods. The concentrations of Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Cd,Zn,Pb,Cr, were determined 0.500, 0.300, 0.300, 0.200, 0.050, 0.100, 0.100, 0.200 mu g/ml in river of Sakarya.
