In this article, importance of antiaging care with regard to preventive health care will be discussed. World Health Organization (WHO), describes health as not only having no disabilities and illnesses but also having good health in physical, physiological and social conditions. Activities for health prevention and promotion along the hill can be called as healthy aging or antiaging. Increasingly more of population, lives older and this circumstance exhibits importance of healthy aging. Healthy aging occurs in Primary Health Care. In this approach, for all health care systems, keeping people in senescence from chronicle diseases, cognitive disorders and remaining their mental health is offered as a preferential responsibility. Health prevention and health promotion services, active aging conceptions and its components which are the principal concept to realize healthy aging are offered in this article.
