Özet

The synthesis of (2-oxobenzazolin-3-yl)alkanoic acids and (5-chloro-2-oxobenzazolin-3-yl)alkanoic acids are reported. The chemical structures of these compounds were el their IR spectral data and melting points. The compounds were tested for antinociceptive activity by hot plate, tail flick and modified Koster tests.
