Abstract

Semanotus russicus anatolicus ssp. nov. is described and discussed from Mersin province in Southern Anatolian part of Turkey. On this occasion, known host plants of all subspecies of Semanotus russicus (Fabricius) are also provided. The provincial and regional distribution patterns in Turkey of the nominate subspecies and the new subspecies are also given.
