In this study, in order to find out the thermal conductivity coefficients which is used for determing the thermal conductivity capabilities of the liquids and gases, a laboratory type device, making measurements based on cylindrical methods was designed, produced and experimentally tested. Verifying the proper operation of the device, experiments were conducted with the values avaliable in the literature. The closest results obtained from the experiments conducted with pure water, were found to be 50-60-70 and 80 voltage at 30 g/s flow rate. As a result of the experiments 2,16 % relative error was observed between three results obtained from the experiments conducted with pure water and tables relatived to physical proporties. With the help of the experiment conducted with pure water, information about the heat conduction of the materials, whose thermal conductivity coefficient is sought for, such as Alumina nanofluids was gatered.
