Abstract

Average M shell fluorescence yields ((w) over bar(M)) and the total M shell x-ray fluorescence (MXRF) cross-sections (sigma(M)(x)) at 6 keV were calculated theoretically for elements,vith 29 less than or equal to Z less than or equal to 100.
