In this work, binary alloys of Fe-5,23%V and Fe-15%V were first cold rolled by 50% and then annealed in an oxygen-free set-up at 560, 570, 580 and 590°C, respectively. It was found that the rate of recrystallization obeyed an Avrami type equation in which time exponent was temperature independent. It was concluded that increase in vanadium content accelerated, the rate of transformation where on the contrary did not influenced the general trend of the hardness variation.
