Özet

Two new steroidal alkaloids, veramanine and neojerminalanine, have been isolated from the rhizomes of Veratrum album, along with the known glycoalkaloid, pseudojervine, whose NMR spectral data are reported for the first time. The structures of 1 and 2 were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic investigations. Copyright (C) 1996 Elsevier Science Ltd.
