Abstract

Temperature distribution in high-temperature cooking ovens is the most important criterion for cracking, breaking and erroneous inertization of the product. Many parameters such as the position, flow rate, flame length of the burners are effective in the homogeneous distribution of temperature distribution in the oven during cooking. According to these parameters, numerical analysis of temperature distribution in ceramic cooking ovens was made by computational fluid dynamics. In this study, the numerical modeling study was carried out using FLUENT 6.2.16.
