Özet

A new salt (1), obtained from pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid (H2dpc) with and 2-amino-5-methylpyridine (2a5mp) and Fe(II) (2), Fe(III) (3), Co(II) (4), Ni(II) (5), Cu(II) (6) complexes and Co(II) complex (7) of H2 dpc were prepared and elucidated via 1H and 13C NMR for 1, UV, FT-IR, molar conductivity, magnetic measurement and AAS for 1-7 and x-ray crystallography for 7. Furthermore, the antifungal and antibacterial properties of all the compounds were also tested against C. krusei, C. albicans, C. parapisilosis, E. faecalis, E. coli and S. aureus. The outcomes were contrasted with those obtained with Vancomycin, Fluconazole, Cefepime and Levofloxacin (standard agents).
