In this study, it is aimed to conduct the drought analysis at Erzurum station located in the Northeastern Anatolia Region of Turkey. Standardized Precipitation Evapotranspiration Index (SPEI) and Aggregated Drought Index (ADI) were used as drought analysis methods. Analysis was carried out between 1975-2008 hydrological years. As a data, monthly total precipitation, monthly average temperature, monthly average relative humidity, monthly total evaporation and monthly total sunshine duration were used. As a result of the analysis, it was revealed that both wetness and drought were observed in the station and its surroundings. Drought was examined in 1, 3, 6, 12 and 24-month periods. Drought frequency values were found for each period. SPEI and ADI values were plotted. The Mann-Kendall and Sen's slope method are preferred as trend analysis methods. While there is no evidence of statistically increased drought in SPEI values, an increase of 99% significance in drought was determined in ADI values.
