In all the companies targeting high level of success, basic manufacturing factor is human and one of the fundamental criteria which obtain human factor effectively is performance evaluation. Performance evaluation, especially in small and mid sized firms is subjectively performed with parallel to firm managers' opinions. Without utilizing tehcniques universally accepted, performance evaluations which devoid of scientific methods unable to reach disared outcomes. In this study, a decisison support system (DSS) is developed for the purpose of evaluating employee performance. With the aid of the developed DSS, performance evaluation process is scientificially robust and gained outputs are allowed to be used for distinctive purposes by company.
