The aim of this study is observing context correlation between awareness level of pupils attending secondary education on Children’s Rights with comprehended parental attitudes and demographic specialties (gender, class dinstinction, socio-economic place, etc.) by the help of theoretical modeling.Study group is formed by 9th, 10th, 11th grade students attending secondary education establishments under Ankara Provincial Directorate of National Education.Children’s Rights Scale, developed by Zöğ (2008) for determining awareness levels of pupils attending secondary education and Parental Manner Scale, developed by Kuzgun and Eldeleklioğlu (2005) for determining parental attitudes are used in this search. Children’s Rights Scale (Zöğ, 2008) is made of 34 items using sort of Likert’s quintet gradation. This scale is developed for providing five dimensional measurements as; a) personal benefits, b) prevention benefits, c) social benefits,  d) educational benefits, and e) sanitary benefits. Parental Manner Scale is developed for providing a) democratic attend, b)protective-request manner, c) domineering manner dimensional measurements. In addition to these scales, Personal Information Form developed by researchers is used to determine pupils demographic specialties. 

In this research according to the literature, to develop theoretical modeling, observing correlation between awareness levels of pupils on Children’s Rights, comprehended parental attitudes and demographic specialties and these scales will be tested by using path analysis. Search results will be discussed according to the related literature.
