Özet

The Tipitla (Acutipiila) bosnica species group is a small group of crane flies containing three known species, viz. T. (A.) aureola Mannheims, T. (A.) bosnica Strobl, and the newly described Turkish T. (A.) aktashi. The male, female, and male pupal skin of T. (A.) aktashi are described and illustrated. T. (A.) aktashi is compared with the other two species of the bosnica group; genital structures of aureola and bosnica are illustrated. A map showing the distribution of the three species is given. The phylogenetic position of the bosnica group in the Tipulidae is discussed; the group takes a rather isolated position within Acutipiila and apparently represents an old western Palaearctic lineage. © Entomologica Scandinavie (Groups 6 & 7).
